Project Description
Stakeholder management is a key element in project management. Identification must be done as soon as possible within the life cycle in order to best evaluate needs according to their function vs product or services that will be influenced by the project. Furthermore, the communication plan will be greatly impacted by expressed needs in terms of status and methods for project acceptance. In this module, we will also look that the PMP© Ethics Code for certified PMP©.
This practical and interactive 3-hour training allows an understanding of the:
