Risk management of projects is a key element to management aimed at results as it is part of the projects to be selected and realized in a national budget context. Furthermore, mastering risks will allow managers to ensure that negative impacts inherent to the project are limited while maximizing results to be achieved. The module presents techniques (quantitative and qualitative) to identify and analyze project risk factors.
