As of today, I am the main actor between the project teams, the executive team and the various services supporting the creation of creative content materiasl such as costumes, props, shoes , casting, creative studios etc. I am familiar with the stakes and nuances of these various services in order to be both a creative facilitator, a coach and a guardian of the project management framework we developed specially for Cirque Du Soleil. I play the role of connector between internal investors in projects and the teams as well as to the different services of Cirque du Soleil. I could in certain occasion manage projects that are mission critical, supervise senior project managers and coach new project managers in order to delver continuous improvement, cost reduction and creative values.
