Richard Laberge cumulates nineteen years of experience with organizational change management (OCM) and business transformation projects, most of which were enabled by the implementation of technology. He led large projects in America, Europe and Caribbean. Mr. Laberge will help you manage human and organizational risks within your projects, and improve the adoption of changes among stakeholders.
