 Marc Ouellette


Sylvain is a professional specializing in project management in the field of new product and business development. His last project was for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
He has a solid background and extensive experience in business planning, cost management and the implementation of project management office for large corporations. For the past 20 years he worked with project teams with telecom service providers, equipment manufacturer, IT, TV broadcasting and e-business in Canada, US, Europe and Asia. Sylvain's professional experience is centered on the practical application of Project Management (PM) and Value Analysis (VA) Value Engineering (VE) principles and concepts for improving products and processes costs.
Over the years, Sylvain has negotiated more than 50 international projects contracts with International properties (Formula One world Championship, Disney, NHL, Cirque Du Soleil) TV Networks & stations, Supply chain specialists , telecommunication equipment providers . A lot of them were done in China.

Jensen has over 25 years of experience in communication and change consulting. He holds degrees in Communication Design and Organizational Development. He’s CEO of The Jensen Group, whose mission is to make it easier to get stuff done. Among the Jensen Group’s clients are The Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of America, Merck, Pfizer, Duracell, NASA, The World Bank, Walt Disney World, American Express, the US Navy SEALS, the government of Ontario, Singapore Institute of Management, Guangzhou China Development District, and the Swedish Post Office.
 
 

Richard Laberge


Mr. Laberge cumulate nineteen years of experience with organizational change management (OCM) and business transformation projects, most of which were enabled by the implementation of technology SAP.  Previously, he held management consulting positions with global consulting firms and marketing/sales management positions in the IT industry.  He is available for traveling globally; he is fluently French-English bilingual.
Mr. Laberge is experienced with large projects in America, Europe and Caribbean.  He has developed change management and training strategies, conducted organization readiness and risks assessments, developed risk mitigation strategies and coached both client executives and project team leads through the business transformation journey. 
At the tactical and operation levels, he has conceived communication strategies and produced a multitude of communication material.  He has delivered impacts assessments and coached middle and first line management through the successful transition and adoption of changes at the job level.  He has also assessed training and documentation requirements, identified skill gaps, produced training curriculum and documentation, and facilitated training sessions.  Mr. Laberge has innovated by conceiving several OCM accelerators, thus improving OCM methodologies while working for global consulting firms.

Engineer graduate from École Polytechnique de Montréal, Mathieu Laferrière has more than 11 years of experience in computer science, software, product development, project management, operations management and continuous improvement within national and international companies. He is continuously working on his network to create opportunities and interactions between many organisms of Montreal, such as Réseau ACTION TI and PMI-Montréal. He is on many social network (Twitter = @mlaferriere, LinkedIn and Facebook).  He gives interactive training to demystify social networks.
He is passionate about management and human relations in technical and creative environment.

 

David Tozer Ph.D.


David Tozer earned a Ph. D in physics from the University of Waterloo. The topics studied were x-ray crystallography, binary alloys and statistical methods of analyzing x-ray crystallography data. After leaving university he worked in various organizations in the quality field. While working in these areas he also became an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer. Dr. Tozer has a particular interest in seeing quantitative methods used to make decisions. Dr. Tozer has trained over 500 people on topics in the quality field. Most of the courses were on quantitative methods for data analysis.
Dr. Tozer implemented a Total Quality Management system in a defense contractor environment that led to significant savings for the contractor while leading to a higher level of customer satisfaction.
After working many years in the research and design process in many different organizations, he realized a lot of organizations where losing time and money in the design process. He also learned of a new method that better manage the design cycle. This method is Quality Function Deployment. It is his observation that many organizations could improve their design cycle by following the ideas involving all stakeholders in the design process and documenting the results of the design in a QFD diagram.

 

Lloyd Bartlett is a certified Project Management Professional PMP with some 30 years’ experience in managing projects on a national and international scale.  He has developed, adapted and applied project management techniques within a wide variety of industries including engineering, IT, transportation and construction.  He has served as project manager, trainer and consultant specializing in team building and in facilitated project planning using tools such as MS Project He is currently mentor to several organizations seeking to improve their project management capabilities and success.
As a trainer, Mr. Bartlett developed the ‘Comprehensive Project Management’ course at McGill University’s Centre for Continuing Education. Through this course he has trained over a thousand project managers working within virtually every industry.  In 2007, he developed McGill’s innovative ‘Advanced Project Management’ program, and formed a team of some six subject matter specialists to deliver the course.  In 2008, Mr. Bartlett was presented the ‘Distinguished Teaching Award’ by McGill’s Principal Munroe-Blum, in recognition of his dedication, passion and leadership in the area of project management.

Carl Boucher is a consultant, trainer and coach specializing in lean management (Toyota Way), continuous improvement and project management.
Professional experience including 11 years in Operations’ Management relating to key management positions. He has supervised many projects such as manufacturing plant implementation, major equipment negotiations and business/manufacturing process transformations which contributed in increasing the organizations’ value.

Dr. Ginger Levin is a Senior Consultant and Educator in project management.

Her specialty areas are portfolio management, program management, the Project Management Office, metrics, and maturity assessments. She is certified as a PMP®, PgMP® and as an OPM3® Assessor and Consultant. She was the second person in the world to receive the PgMP®. In addition, Dr. Levin is a Lecturer for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where she teaches in its M.S. in Project Management Program. She is an Adjunct Professor for Esc Lille University, France, in its project management program at the masters and doctoral level.
