Mr. Laberge cumulate nineteen years of experience with organizational change management (OCM) and business transformation projects, most of which were enabled by the implementation of technology SAP. Previously, he held management consulting positions with global consulting firms and marketing/sales management positions in the IT industry. He is available for traveling globally; he is fluently French-English bilingual. |

David Tozer Ph.D. |
David Tozer earned a Ph. D in physics from the University of Waterloo. The topics studied were x-ray crystallography, binary alloys and statistical methods of analyzing x-ray crystallography data. After leaving university he worked in various organizations in the quality field. While working in these areas he also became an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer. Dr. Tozer has a particular interest in seeing quantitative methods used to make decisions. Dr. Tozer has trained over 500 people on topics in the quality field. Most of the courses were on quantitative methods for data analysis. |

Lloyd Bartlett is a certified Project Management Professional PMP with some 30 years’ experience in managing projects on a national and international scale. He has developed, adapted and applied project management techniques within a wide variety of industries including engineering, IT, transportation and construction. He has served as project manager, trainer and consultant specializing in team building and in facilitated project planning using tools such as MS Project He is currently mentor to several organizations seeking to improve their project management capabilities and success. |

Dr. Ginger Levin is a Senior Consultant and Educator in project management. Her specialty areas are portfolio management, program management, the Project Management Office, metrics, and maturity assessments. She is certified as a PMP®, PgMP® and as an OPM3® Assessor and Consultant. She was the second person in the world to receive the PgMP®. In addition, Dr. Levin is a Lecturer for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where she teaches in its M.S. in Project Management Program. She is an Adjunct Professor for Esc Lille University, France, in its project management program at the masters and doctoral level. |
